Norma Victor, the channel for Roncar and many
of other spirits, started her practice in 1982 when she was invited
to join a “development” circle at “The Institute
for Spiritual Development” in Sparta, NJ.
She was a “natural” and began to channel
her spirit guides almost immediately. After two years of disciplined
training under the tutelage of Jim Di Biasio, she began to hold
weekly sessions for anyone who had the interest to attend. At first
the spirits that came through were limited to her personal guides
who offered guidance and inspiration to the group. She also was
able to channel relatives or friends that had passed over to the
other side of life. However, after many years of practice she eventually
developed into the caliber of medium that only few achieve. Master
spirit guides began to show up at the weekly sessions and the focus
centered more on spiritual development and personal growth and
understanding rather than messages from loved ones or information
about past lives.
Eventually Roncar settled in as the “master
guide” that was always present to serve the needs of the
group. Roncar is a highly developed spirit who has had the benefit
of numerous incarnations. Each week he speaks through the channel
with a new topic for discussion which is introduced with a short
dissertation lasting between 8 to 12 minutes. So much of what is
said appears to be profound common sense, yet it is expressed with
such a refreshing clarity that it sparks greater depths of understanding
in all who listen.

Norma currently resides in Northern NJ and is
an ordained minister at the Institute for Spiritual Development.
She is a mother of five children, has seven grandchildren and works
full time in her business with her husband, Robert.
