A
Christmas Message, The Return of the Light
& the Divinity of Man (Address Date 12-22-09)
Christmas is a
celebration of the Return of the Light into the world. It is both
symbolic and literal. Dec. 21st marks the shortest day of the year
and every day forward we add a little more light into our Northern
Hemisphere. However, Christ and the example of the Christ consciousness
brings light into our lives every day. Roncar affirms that each one
of us has that same potential, to be a beacon of light and love through
our own thoughts actions and deeds. (11:13) |

Make Room for Something New ( Address
Date 10-20-09)
In this very simple lecture Roncar reminds us that if we desire
to make a change in our life, it is beneficial to "let go"
of the thoughts, hurts or habitual ways of being that hold us back.
Many times we do not even realize the limitations that we automatically
place on ourselves because we are not aware of the inertia created
by repetitious and unconscious thought. Our conscious mind can only
deal with a limited number of items at once. In order for the new
thought, new ways of being, or new opportunities to enter into our
lives we have to be willing to let go of something and"Make
Room for Something New." (9:30) |

(Address Date 09-29-09)
In this time period over the next 2 weeks, Roncar has made us aware
that our efforts to create Peace in our own lives will have a much-needed
cumulative effect in the world. Apparently there is an opportunity
to help shift the consciousness and the vibration of the entire
planet as we do so at this critical time. (7:40) |

Illusion:
A Tool of Creation (Address Date 7-14-09) In
this excerpt Roncar introduces the topic of Illusion. While there
may be an objective reality, we as individuals can never know it.
Each person lives in an entirely different world based on an infinite
variety of relative truths and the subsequent judgments that result
from them. The Life you experience is the Rubik’s Cube of perceptions
that make up your reality. As perceptions twist and change, so does
your illusion. While this is a basic concept, the ability of controlling
or “creating” our own personal illusion has profound implications
for our day-to-day experience. We are truly the Creators of our World
as we are Creators with in the Creation. Are you the Master of your
Illusion? (10:00) |

The Final Step in Parenting: Push them Out of
the Nest. (Address Date: 06-06-09, Location: Institute for
Spritual Development, Sparta NJ)
When do you know it is time for your child to “go” and
test their wings. For many parents this is the step in parenting that
is often hardest. Sister Constance explains that forcing your children
out of the nest is really the ultimate act of compassion because without
the ability to fly on their own, children can never be truly free.
She also offers advice and some common sense on the very difficult
situation when a child is mentally ill, mentally disturbed or even
not physically able to live on their own independently. (8:26) |

Introduction to the Matery of LIfe
(Address Date 4-28-09)
What determines the Mastery of Life and how do we get there? This
is one of Roncar's primary topics. He emphasizes that we each have
the opportunity to achieve the Mastery of Life and it is a main reason
for incarnation. Mastery of Life is not reserved for the Rich and
Famous or those who are extremely talented or creative. The Mastery
of Life, and the Fulfilled Life are available to all. Roncar illustrates
how we can use our innate connection to the Divine Self to shape life
situations and conditions that confront us daily. The power if God
lies within us to create what is best, both in the physical world
as well as in our internal reality. |

The
Stimulus for Change (Address Date 4-14-08)
Roncar goes to great length to describe the process of change that
a seed must endure to transform from a nugget of potential to a fully-grown
plant. In this simile he explores the impetus for change that sparks
our desire for growth. True growth is always a transformation, a change
from one state to a new state, perhaps a new way of being, a new perception
or a new reality. Change from within is a growth inspired by the need
to do so. Much like a seed that receives the right earth, fertilizer
and water; the conditions and situations in our life “encourage”
us to discover the pathways we never knew existed, and with this struggle
we aspire to the attain the fullness of our potential. (10:00) |

Turn
Your Life Around. (Address Date 3-31-09)
Ways to Turn Your Life Around offers a way out of those dark periods
of life when it seems impossible to find any sense of purpose or
reason for being. In this segment Roncar compares the task of lifting
oneself out of the muck to lifting yourself up by your own bootstraps.
This is not a logical task, however, it becomes a very accurate
analogy when you consider that the mind that created the mess (or
misperception) of the situation, is the same tool that will be employed
to change that self inflicted condition. Roncar addresses the method
that one can employ to turn a negative situation into a positive
reality via a step by step, inch by inch, transformation of consciousness
by consciousness. Presented in 2 Parts. (20:00)

Easter,
Passover and the Inspired Life (Address Date 4-07-09)
To Be the best That You can Be
In this
time of Easter and Passover, there are many traditions observed,
rituals performed and remembered, as well as family gathering and
celebrations to honor and remember these significant weeks in two
of the world’s great religions that have significantly contributed
to shaping the world in which we live.
Roncar
brings into focus these two great men, Moses and Jesus, who are
the reasons we remember these occasions. They shine as beacons of
light and inspiration for hundreds of millions of people (and actually
billions of souls over the centuries.) The reason they are so revered,
worshipped or respected is because of nature of the lives they led.
They are great teachers not just by their word, but also because
of their example, the example that inspires us to be the same. Roncar’s
message is that when your live your life to “be the best that
you can be,” you have the ability to influence not only yourself
but to uplift the entire world to be the best that it can be. (7:27) |

Incarnation and the ability to Create
(Address Date 02-24-09)
For many, incarnation implies “suffering.” While suffering
is certainly possible, Roncar offers a different view of Karma and
our choice to come back into the physical. He illustrates that a soul’s
incarnation is more like an artist attempting to paint the perfect
life. It is only in the physical that we have the ability to create.

How
to Cultivate Happiness in Your Life (Address Date 02-17-09)
With the downturn in the economy, job layoffs and the constant mantra
of negative news, maintaining our happiness has become more challenging
for most of us. This environment has given us yet another opportunity
for us to create the reality we chose. In this simple and short excerpt,
Roncar explains the process of cultivating happiness in any circumstance
or condition. As with many of Roncar’s dissertations, it is
so full of common sense and so seemingly obvious, you can adapt this
lesson immediately to engage in creating, “The Happy Life.”

The
Mantras That Run Our Life. (Address Date 02-10-09)
From the advanced student of metaphysics to the neophyte beginning
the spiritual journey, this message rings true as one of the fundamental
cornerstones in the Mastery of Life. The successful student must be
able to change his vibration and his reality to achieve the life that
is desired. In this except Roncar illustrates how the habitual loose
canon of unconscious and repetitious thoughts shape our reality and
how we can use that same instrument to consciously transform and uplift
our daily experience.

Faith

Many times people look outside to find a belief in what they
think is greater Being, Force or Power. In the answer to this question
Roncar illustrates how you are an extension of God and not a separate
entity. Faith is ultimately found within oneself and can grow with
the recognition and acceptance of one’s own divine nature.

Key to Happiness Explained. (Address Date 08-26-08)
In this

his signature phrases, "Happiness of the Active Appreciation
of Life.”
How do you know when you are truly happy? Are you waiting for some
condition or thing, which is better to come your way? Perhaps you
feel that prayers will be answered, or Guides, Sprits or other loved
ones will bring happiness through their contributions to our life.
What is your role? Do our desires to succeed and achieve interfere
or get in the way? (8.03) |

Tapping
into the Higher Consciousness. (Address Date 05-06-08)
There is a Super
Conscious part of you that always remains in Spirit. At any time
you can make the decision to tap into this consciousness to come
into the fullness of knowledge and understanding that is contained
within yourself. Here you will find the answers, the inspiration
and the clarity of mind from which you can create the wonderful
life you desire from the potential that lies within. In addition
you can be a source of inspiration and understanding for others.
Some may
think that this ability is only possible for the highly elevated
gurus who act on planes beyond our common comprehension. In this
segment Roncar explains how this wisdom is available to every one
us, at any point in time. (9:15) |

The Unforgiven Voice
and the Invincible Power. (Address Date 4-19-08)
The Unforgiven Voice refers to the messages we have
accumulated from early in life that convince us of our inadequacies,
imperfections and short comings that we absorbed from the perceptions
of others. Our parents, relatives, teachers, religious leaders and
other authority figures helped to create an almost indelible image
of self from which every thought, every action and every accomplishment
is measured.
These self-denigrating perceptions only serve
to cripple our confidence and distort our view as a divine instrument
of God’s unlimited potential. It is a weight that impedes our
progress to higher ground.
The Unforgiven Voice is the voice we need to
consciously identify and then cancel through positive and powerful
affirmations. Literally forgive, forget and move beyond the condition
or event that inspired that thought. Embrace the knowledge that you
are united within God, and as that Invincible Power is consciously
directed by your command, you can eradicate the once indelible stain
that contributed to a belief in limitation and fear.
You are the Invicible Power of God. (7:06) |

Awakening
on the Other Side: (Address Date 04-01-08)
Have you
ever wondered what happens when you pass on? What will your experience
be like? Why do some people in near death experiences report a Loving
Guiding Light while others report nothing at all – or even
situations that might be described as “hellish.“ What
role does our religion and personal beliefs contribute to our experience?
What about those who believe in a Heaven – or a Hell as described
in the scriptures? What
is the “period of rest” even though there is no sense
of time in the next dimension? Does
our experience change over "time" ? In
these two short Q&A’s Roncar seems to tie it all together
in his description of the process of awakening in the world of Spirit.
His explanations are both reassuring and broadening.
Program
note: The noise you hear in the background, is not the air
conditioner – nor is it a poor recording. During this Circle
we were in the middle of a fierce Rain and Lightening Storm. The
sound is actually the rain that was being blown against the windows
by the wind. It was so loud at times I thought I was in a car wash.
I later learned that our portion of the state had had a tornado
warning during that time period. |

The Mastery of Life, 101.
(Address Date 03-4-08)
Location: Association for Higher Awareness Meeting, Morristown, NJ
In this segment Roncar is speaking before an audience of around 60
people, most of whom have never seen a medium channel or been exposed
to our “Circle”. The suggested topic for the Evening was
taken from the home page of our web site, " The Mastery of Life”.
While a very challenging subject, in less than 30 minutes after an
overview of the basic concepts, Roncar explains how to be the master
of your Life and everything that is in it. Simply stated, 1) Love
Yourself, 2) Know yourself and 3) Control your own Perceptions. Like
all basic truths these concepts are easy to understand, but can be
difficult to practice. This is an assignment that becomes an on going
practice throughout a lifetime. (27:30) |

The Greatest Block:
The Concept of Self
Through our upbringing, conditioning and habitual perceptions and
evaluations, we have created the concept of the “self.”
The concept of self is the greatest factor in determining what we
can become or achieve. Roncar illustrates that we are much more than
we think we are. As we live within God and all of His creation, we
have the ability to unite our consciousness with any part of that
creation to broaden our concept of our life. By adjusting our concept
of self to assume the ownership of that which we desire to achieve,
we are free from another set of self-imposed limitations. (13:25)
Forgiveness, Justice & Judgment.
Is forgiveness for yourself, or the one who you forgive? Roncar explains
that in the act of forgiving we cannot release an individual from
the consequences of their actions, or the laws of Karma. Forgiveness
is a release of negative emotions toward an individual or a situation
for the benefit of our own well being. It is really a form of loving
and respecting oneself. Roncar explains a mental technique that allows
forgiveness to be achieved easily. (7:35)
The Many Ramifications of Suicide
This morbid topic actually has brought some interesting insights about
the process and purpose of life and death in general. A simple question
evolves into an extensive discussion of various suicide scenarios
and how that suicide will effect a souls transition to the higher
self after death. This segment even addresses the ramifications of
practices such as hari-kari, religious sacrifice, and euthanasia.

Releasing Blocks
and the Keys to Success. A “block”
is a firmly held belief rooted in the subconscious that you do not
deserve what you wish to manifest. Roncar explores many facets of
how to release this self-imposed limitation. Blocks can result from
clouded thought. It is important to become crystal clear on what you
want to accomplish, and then take action upon it. There is no substitute
for putting the right effort into the right places to manifest an
idea or goal. As opportunities come our way each day, our perception
of what “is” may also become the obstacle. It is important
to identify these habitual patterns and eradicate them through persistent
and determined affirmations. Most essential to overcoming blocks is
to acknowledge your goodness. Love yourself and all the goodness that
surrounds your life. In this way you will feel worthy of accepting
your heart’s desire. The greatest success is achieved when you
can create goodness both for yourself and others. In doing so, your
energies and efforts are multiplied by the others who benefit from
your success. (15:58)
The Benefits of Change and Challenge
Roncar explains the progression of spiritual growth that results from
the challenges we face. Mastery may require many cycles of the same
lesson at different levels. When we are no longer happy at the status
quo, we are compelled to change and grow. (12.13)
Healing the Body to Heal the Mind
This Q&A segment illustrates how the state of the mind and the
health of the physical body are integrated. The interesting twist
is that when we heal the physical body from its illness or pain, this
process acts as a catalyst to heal the unbalanced mind that originally
created that physical condition. (4:39) |

Concepts and
Self-Imposed Limitations.
Change is Essential. Change is the most essential element of time.
The physical world can only be experienced as continuous change
on all levels. This is very obvious as we grow up and grow old in
the physical world, but change is also essential on the mental level.
Many times the concepts that have been imparted to us from parents,
family and other influential figures early in our life, need to
be reviewed and changed. The ideas and principles by which we live
must be changed to inspire new understandings and ways of being
that will serve us better. This also applies to the many religious
beliefs laden with limiting concepts that can become distractions
from our spiritual evolution and the enjoyment of life. Our job
as creators within the Creation is to cultivate the attitudes and
actions that bring the greatest Love, Health, Peace, and Prosperity
into our lives by our ability to change. Transmutation is the essence
of true spiritual development. (19:45)
Abstinence & Dogma.
Roncar uses this discussion about the purpose and nature of sex
to illustrate the limitations that can be imposed by “religion”
or “rules.” Responsibility in all matters, whether it
be food or sex always falls back to the individual to act on what
is correct and appropriate for that moment in time. (7:11)
Scripture, a Source of Confusion and Concepts.
While scriptures can provide great inspiration, it becomes clear
in this discussion that they are often a source of distraction from
the inspiration that was intended. It is best to capture the essence
of the message rather than to take every word as the “gospel”
truth. (4:09)
Constant Contact, Guidance throughout
the day.
Roncar explains a simple technique that allows us to take advantage
of our higher self throughout the day with the cultivation of this
simple discipline. The basis is to decide how to act upon a situation
or condition rather than to react to that situation or condition.
Our higher self is always available for guidance. (7:36) |

Transmutation, Spiritual
Alchemy
You are a magical being with great power. Roncar explains that we
can turn the lead in our life to gold. By aligning and attuning our
self to God, our true self can come forth to transform any situation
or condition. The petty irritations of life are the stepping stones
to spiritual elevation for they provide the opportunity to demonstrate
your growth in the transformation of what appears to be negative into
a positive that enriches your life. Transmutation begins on the mental
plane and is reflected in our physical reality. Roncar illustrates
with several examples .(11:32) |

Passion, the Engine
behind Manifestation. (from 8-21-07)
Roncar uses the illustration of how people create the anxiety associated
with Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome via the same mechanism that we
can use to create the happiest and most healthy life filled with the
greatest abundance and enjoyment possible. Passion is an essential
ingredient in the desire to create and it is a tool that we can cultivate.
The passion for creation employs Knowing, Seeing and Feeling the results
of an inspiration before the physical manifestation. It acts like
a magnet. Extreme emotion, and unbounded enthusiasm are magical forces
that will transform an inspired thought into the action and determination
that result in physical demonstration. (14:57)
Relieve Stress by taking Action (from 8-21-07)
Stress results from a need and a desire to take action that is not
fulfilled. Action always relieves stress even if you cannot act directly
upon a particular condition causing that stress. That is why exercise
can be a useful surrogate to relieve stress across many areas. (4:47) |
